Kris is the founder and director at KVM Interior Design, an online firm that provides outsourcing services to interior designers worldwide.
Her team supports designers with a variety of design and virtual assistance tasks (incl. drafting, 3d rendering, presentations, product sourcing, admin) and more recently, a new branding and graphic design service.

Former CFO Citibank Norway (Chief Financial Officer), Miriam has 11 years of experience in finance, working with management to monitor the performance of multi-million dollar businesses and provide data for decision making.
In her last role she was responsible for country financial reporting & tax and supervised the work of remote and outsourced teams.
From this experience she has an in depth knowledge on how to use outsourcing as an alternative to full time employees in a business. Since leaving the corporate world, her mission is to help small entrepreneurs build sustainable profitable businesses based on proven financial methods.
She believes in empowering business owners with simple principles so that they feel confident in understanding their business and reaching their financial goals.

What is the breakdown of the 3-month program we'll be working on?
The 3-month program is personalized for each individual. While the program is structured around four pillars [mindset, business, marketing, financial ], how fast/ in depth we get depends on your business and needs around these four pillars.
How often will we have the calls?
We generally recommend weekly or bi-weekly to give you enough time to think about and take the "action" steps discussed on the previous call but not fall off the bandwagon completely. This is a recommendation but we will adapt the call to your schedule.
Will you help me set up my own systems & processes?
While we won't directly set up your systems/ processes for you, we will give you direction and tools to set up your own based on your specific business model.
What's the outcome I can expect after the 3 months?
Kris & Miriam are very much result-oriented; that's why our mentoring program is customized to each of our client, based on their business model, needs and goals. The initial kick-off call is essential as we need to assess if we are a good fit: where you are now but also whether your goals are realistic based on your offer. We are offering you as much support and tools as possible so that you create a sustainable business on the long-term.
What if I need to pull out before the end of the 3 months?
Ideally, you should stick around for the whole program as we believe that it is going to give you the tools to understand what is/ isn't working for you right now, set up your business the right way and start getting really good results based on your goals.
However, if for some reason you have to stop earlier, we offer monthly payment plans to give you more flexibility. We don't, however, recommend it as we won't have the time required to ensure you are set up for success.
Will I be making 10k by the end of the program ?
While we cannot promise the results you will get, we can promise you WILL get results. How much you are able to grow your business will very much depend on your offer and how well it answers your ideal client's needs, your mindset, how much/ fast you execute the strategy we put in place together and so on. We are giving you the tools to step into a CEO, the support and direction you need to plan and implement and the knowledge to set up your own strategy after you are done with the program. Note that it might take you a little longer to reach these goals (you'll keep implementing the strategy after we're done)
